So, how do you think that will play on the way to Base Camp?
I’m pretty tired tonight, but I bet not as tired as I’m going to be on my trek to EBC. What am I going to do?

Torry–In a year, you’ll be less winded from your training. Determination and the fresh mountain air will spur you on each morning! This is sooo not the same thing…but when I did the Avon 3 day, 60 mile breast cancer walk, I’d done so many long training walks, that I finished the event feeling great. I knew what precautions to take, advil at night, vaseline between toes, powder down the shorts, etc… I had one eensy little blister. I walked past lots of people with muscle strains, huge blisters, sunburn… If you’re prepared, you’re going to be just fine, and you can enjoy the experience and stop to take pix rather than it being overwhelming! You can do it!!
Boy, do I hope you are right. Thanks for your words of encouragement.
